Picture Day 2024

When:  Saturday May 4th, 2023 (for teams with conflict: May 6th)

Where: MVP Studio, 16678 114ave, Edmonton

Individual photos will be taken and then combined to form the team picture.

Each player will receive an 8.5x11 team player mount. All other pictures or merchandise must be purchased.

Please come in your uniform. Bring your glove or bat if you'd like to use your own in your pictures.

How to order:

First Step - Enter in parent name, number and email then click 'continue to order photos’.

Second Step - Search your player by the last name or the first few letters of the last name. Your player(s) name should come up, click the red plus sign button to the left of the name(s) to add them into your cart. You can preview their individual photo by clicking on the green search icon that says ready, then close the preview and click ‘continue to order’.

Third Step - Now you can choose the products you would like to purchase by clicking the red plus button on each item, once done click continue. It will then prompt you if you would like to order any friends & family photos, this means you can make a stitched photo of multiple players within the association to be on the same product. Please make a title for the stitched photo, ex ’Team Smith’, ‘Ryan & Kim’ or anything you would like. Then search the players you’d like in the photo together by their last name or the first few letters of their last name to be added into the stitched group photo. Once you’ve created the team and added the desired players to the group click ‘continue’ to be brought into the Friends & Family Store to purchase items with a photo of the group you made. 

*Please note, if you’d like to make a stitched photo of players who are apart of different associations please email admin@mvpteamphotos.com with their first and last names and we will create the team on our side for you!*

Fourth Step - Verifying your cart, if the pencil icon is flashing red please click on it to see the information it requires. This is also the icon to click on to verify your players jersey number and name is spelled correctly. You may make adjustments directly in the order and they will reflect in our system. You can also write a note on this page to ensure any message you’d like to leave will be seen by our team! Once you’ve verified the order click ‘continue'

Last Step - Please put in your payment if you would like to pay online with a credit card or select the etransfer option and send your payment to mvp@mvpteamphotos.com. If you are paying by etransfer please put your order number in the description.

*Important*

Your association has included a Player Mount for each player, please visit the store to verify your player’s name and jersey number is correct.

Order Pricing

We have discount pricing for parents who place an order within the first 7 days after photo date. Any orders placed after the 7 days, will be subject to a minor price increase on all products. These late orders can be picked up at our studio or shipped to the parents for an additional cost. For multi day shoots the 7 days will start after the last day of photographing that association. 

Missed Photo Day (Add-ins)

Any players who miss photo day will be subject to a non-refundable 5$ add-in charge with no exceptions. Please go to the store link and enter your contact name, number and email then select the 'missed photo day’ button on the left side of the page. Enter your player(s) last name, click the red plus button to add your player and select schedule appointment, then you can choose a day and time to book your appointment. Confirm the appointment by clicking ‘confirm’ and enter in your payment information. If you know you will be out of town for photo day you are welcome to come into the studio before your booking to get your photo done, please email us to book a time.

The players have up to 7 days after photo day to come into the studio to have a photo taken. If you come within the 7 days, you will be included in everyone’s copy of the group photo. Your products will also be ready and sent with the rest of the teams initial orders.

After 7 days the player is only added to their copy of the team photo. We will contact you directly to pick up your products in studio or we can ship them to you, shipping charges will apply.

*If you are able to come to the studio on Monday May 6th between 5pm-7pm there will be no charge for the add in appointment as it’s during SWEMBA’s 2nd booking time, please let us know when your team was scheduled on Saturday, this will help us find your players photo card*
