What Ages/Teams are available?
Registration is open for players born from 2005-2014. Players that are moving up a division for the 2024 season may choose to play up in Fall Ball to prepare for the next season. Ie. If you're a second-year 9U player (born in 2014), you can play 11U. Or if you're a second-year 13U player (2010), you can play 15U.
We will have teams for the following:
Currently, there are 14 available spots on each team; however, a waitlist is available.
If we have enough players, we will create a second team.

- House League Assessments will take place April 15 and 16. The 9u Elite and 11U/13U Tier 1 teams will be selected at house assessments

House League is open to players of all skill levels. It is a recreational league focused on development. There is no tiering in House baseball, players are assessed in April to create equally skilled teams for greater development and competition during gameplay. Games and practice are during the week. The season ends in June.
Exceptions for House:
-There is a competitive 9U Elite team that plays in the 11u House division.
-11U/13U Tier 1 teams are selected during House assessments. These teams play against other associations during the season in the YEGA league. In July, these teams can combine and players have an opportunity to play in the A-level provincials.
AA Rep baseball is a competitive league with varying competitive tiers and a higher commitment.

2. Submit Your Volunteer and Jersey Deposit
Please print the Volunteer and Jersey Deposit Form and submit it with two deposit cheques - a $150 Volunteer Deposit and $60 Jersey* Deposit
*The jersey deposit is only required for Rep and 11U-18U House Teams. Rally cap and Rookie players may keep their jerseys at the end of the season.
If you previously submitted cheques and asked for them to be kept year to year, you do not need to resubmit.
PLEASE make cheques payable to South West Minor Baseball Association. PLEASE either leave the cheque un-dated to be used for future years or date for June 30, 2023. If you do not fulfill your volunteer requirements or return your jersey, your cheque will be cashed at the end of the season.
Please bring your cheques & form to your first assessment or send to the address on the form. Rally Cap families, there is no assessment for rally cap, please mail to the address on the form.
Refund Policy
SWEMBA will offer a full refund prior to House Assessments for house players.
After House Assessments - a 50% refund will be made, not including the processing fees
After Team Formation, SWEMBA will not issue a refund.
