2025 Rep Tryout Groups

1. Please bring your Completed Volunteer and Jersey Deposit form and two post-dated cheques ($150 for volunteer, $60 for Jersey). 

If you previously submitted cheques and asked for them to be kept year to year, you do not need to resubmit.
PLEASE make cheques payable to South West Minor Baseball Association. PLEASE either leave the cheque un-dated to be used for future years or date for June 30, 2025. If you do not fulfill your volunteer requirements or return your jersey, your cheque will be cashed at the end of the season.

2. Equipment needed:

- baseball pants
- runners/turf shoes/plastic cleats (no metal)
- hat
- glove
- helmet
- And your bat and catching equipment if you have it.

Note: Your player will NOT be at each timeslot for their age division. Groups of 16-20 players will be assessed at a time.

TTC4: 1030 34 Ave, Nisku

NOTE THE GROUP TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE depending on the registration numbers.

Why are some players called back and not others?

Callbacks:

1. They missed a previous tryout.
2. The potential head coaches and selection committee missed observing them the first time or want to observe them again.

If you're not called back:

1. The coaches and selection committee were able to observe your player successfully.
2. It does NOT indicate whether the player is or isn't being selected for a team. All players are still being considered for a AA team.

** You will hear back around March 20-25 about whether you were selected for a team and which team (Black or Grey).
