Volunteer Requirements


As a not for profit organization, we rely on the hard work and dedication of volunteers.  

Volunteers will be needed for the 2021 season for many positions, including:

  • Coaches
  • Assistant Coaches
  • Fundraising
  • Equipment Managers
  • Picture Day
  • Tournaments
  • Opening Day
  • Assessment volunteers

We will email a volunteer sign-up for specific events or if you would like to volunteer for a position, please contact volunteer@southwestedmontonbaseball.ca

 

Please print the Volunteer and Jersey Deposit Form and submit it with two deposit cheques - a $150 Volunteer Deposit and $50 Jersey* Deposit 

*The jersey deposit is only required for Rep and 11U-18U House Teams. Rally cap and Rookie players may keep their jerseys at the end of the season.

If you previously submitted cheques and asked for them to be kept year to year, you do not need to resubmit.
PLEASE make cheques payable to South West Minor Baseball Association. PLEASE either leave the cheque un-dated to be used for future years or date for June 30, 2021. If you do not fulfill your volunteer requirements or return your jersey, your cheque will be cashed at the end of the season.
